- Record in Zoom with gallery view unless the conversation host requests otherwise, for example a “Show and Tell conversation” in which case you will need others to record additional views. Select local as your storage option.
- After the call is over wait until your zoom file has finished downloading, then drag and drop the entire folder into this folder.
The date and session name will follow automatically from Zoom; however, you will need to change the name of the file in your local folder when you upload to YouTube.
- Upload to YouTube in your own channel as an unlisted file. Add to the GCC playlist using this link.
- Post to the GCC group FB page. With a summary based on your experience of that conversation; alternatively you can ask another person to write the summary, so it’s a shared task.
- Finally, add to the Google docs media index file, with the session name with a link to the YouTube video.
